The Local Offer sets out information about services available for children and young people with SEN and disabilities, aged 0 to 25, including education, health, leisure and social care. It is part of the new Special Educational Needs (SEN) Code of Practice which requires local authorities to put information on all services in one place; and also to involve children, young people, parents and carers in their development.
