Hi everybody! 

We hope everybody is doing OK.  

During our time away from school, we are going to be putting some work on here for you all to complete.

We hope you are all staying safe, working hard and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Wishing everyone a Happy Easer! We have updated our resources ready for the break and will continue to add more in two weeks time.

Picture Of The Week

Every Monday, there will be a 'picture of the week' with a selection of questions to find the answers to. Today we have added our first picture!

Can you work out the theme over the coming weeks? 


Please complete the English tasks that were sent in your pack.

We have uploaded a variety  of writing tasks for you to complete. 


Remember that reading is an important aspect of learning so please read daily and you can keep filling in your reading records.

How about mixing up the genres of the books that you read? 

This site is good for online books. Parents can register for free!

Click on this link below and it will take you to the World Book Day website...there are so many reading resources and activities for you to do at home. You can even listen to audio books...

In the files to download we have also attached 25 books to read in KS2 so plenty of books for you to discover!

Write a detailed book review for a book you have finished reading. We have attached a template for you to use but feel free to use a different one or create one of your own.

We have also uploaded a reading tasks based on the poem 'Pleasant Sounds'. 


Each week we shall put up a new SPaG task for you to complete with the answers being added the following week. 


Please ensure that you are refering back to the Year 3/4 and Year 5/6 spelling sheets in your pack and learning them. 

How about selecting 10 words to learn each week, like we usually do with out weekly spelling tests, to keep your vocabulary up! 

We have uploaded some great suggestions as to how to learn your spellings, have a go and see which works for you!


It is important to keep up your handwriting skills. To help you to do this, we have uploaded the first of your weekly handwriting tasks. 


Each week we will upload a new mental maths grid for you to complete. 

Please complete the Maths tasks that were sent in your pack.

We have set you an exciting project for you to complete about habitats as part of our 'Living Things' Science topic. 


We have set you a project to complete on Ancient Greece which covers at least three areas of Greek life. Please ensure you are completing this to a high standard. 


A caring and enthusiastic man called Jon has kindly recorded an assembly for you to watch from the safety of his own home (it is seventeen minutes long). It is based on a Bible story.


How to keep yourself feeling good during social distancing/self-isolating. For 5 minutes a day think about your mind, body and heart. We have uploaded some things you can do!
