Hi, I am Mr Boot and I’ve taught at Woodfall for 7 years now. My most interesting surname has two possible sources. Firstly, it may be of Old French origin, deriving from the Old French "bote". The name may also be of locational origin from a place called Boot, near Ravenglass in Cumbria. My first name, Christopher, is of Greek origin - derived from the Greek Christophoros - and means "bearer of Christ."
I enjoy travelling and have been fortunate to visit many parts of the world, including South Korea, Mexico, Japan, many countries in Europe, and as many as 17 states of the U.S.A.
